At the moment, Puni is the only Italian whisky distillery. The bottle in question is called Alba, a 3 year old product, previously aged in ex-Marsala barrels and then finished in barrels from Islay.

Tasting Notes PUNI ALBA
Nose: initially an evident alcoholic note, which disappears after a few moments. It releases white and yellow fruits, including melons, peach and some citrus (lemon and cedar). After a few minutes, rich spicy notes of white pepper appear.
Palate: round and never aggressive. Spicy notes of black pepper and green pepper emerge.
Finish: of medium-long persistence. It reveals smokey notes, black pepper, yellow fruits and spices.
You have to pay attention to be able to capture all the nuances.
