The wrapper is of a Colorado Maduro shade, that is silky to the touch. Excellent construction, with the head finished in a pig tail.
La Duena Petit Lancero No.7:unlit it presents notes of cocoa and black pepper. The opening brings notes of cocoa, honey and spices to the palate.
The first third releases flavors of green pepper, cocoa and honey-like nuances. Hints of herbs can also barely be made out. Strength is just slightly above medium (3.5/5).
In the central section, the smoke continues with intense notes of cocoa, honey and herbs. Strength increases, reaching a medium-full level (4/5).
Hot spices and earth alternate in the last third. Strength remains constant (4/5).
Overall, La Duena Petit Lancero No.7 gives rise to an intense and fairly evolving smoke. It is satisfying and has a good persistence.
