Tasting notes:

Nose: it reveals intense notes of red apple, well outlined and supported by a spicy component (white pepper). Then follow white grapes, which needs a minute to develop. Simple and with little facets. The spices become more pronounced as time passed.

Palate: coherent with what was perceived through the nose: stays slightly spicy, white pepper with the addition of caramel. Fruity, with notes of red apple, pear, peach and cherries. Green tea leafs toward the finale.

Finale: medium-long persistence. Reveals flavors of white pepper, spices, red apple and white grapes.

We are in front of a very interesting entry-level product. Adding the contained price, we recommend tasting this not very stratified and never to intense Cognac. Good gradation.
