CigarsLover Magazine 2017 1000 506 Luca Cominelli

During 2017, our team tested over 1.100 cigars, belonging to the most renowned terroir, but without forgetting the countries boasting a smaller production, often underrated compared to the quartet Cuba, Nicaragua, Honduras and Dominican Republic. 2017 Awards have proven how good the cigars coming from these territories can be; products from Mexico, Panama and Canary Islands, are three countries included in the rankings of the best cigars of the year. Tested cigars are mostly in the premium range, being the following evaluations referred almost exclusively to long-filler products.

The website has been completely redesigned, with a more intuitive and simple navigation interface.

The overall average of the tested cigars is in line with the one recorded last year: 88.24 (88.20 in 2016 and 88.06 in 2015).

As usual, cigars have been divided by country of production: Nicaragua remains at the top, followed by the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Honduras and the Rest of the World.
