Aesthetically, the cigar is dressed in a Colorado colored wrapper, that is smooth to the touch. It is very well constructed and it also carries the emblem that can be found on every cigar of the brand: a diamond shaped piece of gold, that is placed right under the band. The head is finished with a Pig Tail.

Cavalier de Geneve White Series Diplomate: on the cold draw are notes of hay present. Once lit, it opens up with a mix of sweet and salty notes. Wood reaches the palate as well.

The first third reveals flavors of wood and vanilla, with a peppery note (white pepper) in the background. Strength is slightly over the medium (3,5/5).

Halfway through, the refined spices move to the forefront and the wood is still perceptible. Nuances of hazelnut appear. Strength increases and reaches a medium – full level (4/5).

Wood returns to be the main flavor in the final third, followed by earth and undergr0wth. The smoke becomes more masculine, which makes for a very satisfying finale.

Overall, the Cavalier de Geneve White Series Diplomate is an intens smoke, that is paired with structured and balanced aromatic palette. The evolution is somewhat linear in the first two thirds, to then change completely in the finale third. Satisfying.
