Parcero Brasil Robusto

Parcero Brasil Robusto

Parcero Brasil Robusto 1600 900 Michel Arlia

Earlier this year, Arnold André followed up their Parcero line, introduced last year, with the Parcero Brasil. The Parcero Brasil blend consists of a Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper over a Mexican Sumatra binder and Brazilian and Dominican filler tobaccos.

Like the regular Parcero line, the Brasil is also produced at the company’s own Tabacalera Arnold André Dominicana in the Dominican Republic. The line consists of three sizes: Churchill, Robusto, and Toro, and all sizes are sold in 20-count boxes.

Parcero Brasil Robusto

The cigar is dressed in a rustic Colorado Maduro-colored wrapper with a decent amount of tooth precent. The overall construction of the cigar is good.

  • Size: 50 x 127 mm (5″)

Parcero Brasil Robusto

Parcero Brasil Robusto: the cold draw brings aromas of hay and light spices to the palate. Once lit, the cigar opens with peppery and nutty flavors.

Parcero Brasil Robusto

The black pepper and hazelnut note are the primary two flavors in the first third, with some hints of leather present in the background. Strength is medium (3/5).

A sapid sensation comes through in the second third, followed by the black pepper (not as dominant as in the previous third) and hazelnut. The leather is still only present in the background, and strength remains unchanged.

There is not much change in the last third regarding flavor and strength.

Overall, the Parcero Brazil Robusto is a rustic smoke with well-defined flavors. That being said, the flavor profile is limited, and there is no evolution present making for a monotonous smoke.
