TASTING NOTES MICHEL FORGEON NAPOLEON

Nose

good intensity, concentrated. It delivers blood oranges, dark fruits, marmalades, Cointreau, some floral notes and earth. The oak is in the background. Then aromas of grated ginger and some mild wood smoke. Lovely profile.

Palate

good arrival and very good intensity. Rather grapey, raisins, marmalades, jams, chocolates, also wet earth, tobacco and pinewood. The is also a touch of oak spice. Not too sweet, with a very nice evolution.

Finish

medium long persistence. Sweet, marmalades, liquorice and raisins. Little drying.

The Michel Forgeron Napoleon is a beautiful cognac, equipped with a wide flavor profile and a very good evolution.
