Diesel announces that the new Diesel Whiskey Row Sherry Cask line will be available in June.
The name of the series derives from the barrels used to refine part of the tobacco used in the blend. In detail, they are barrels of Sherry Pedro Ximénez 30 years used at a later time by Rabbit Hole Distilling and used for the aging of the original Whiskey Row, thus giving life to the final product Rabbit Hole’s PX Sherry.
These barrels are kept at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars S.A., in Estelí, where Brazilian Arapiraca leafs are placed in it and then used as binder. A Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper and Nicaraguan Habano filler complete the blend.
The new cigar will be available in 20 count boxes and comes in 3 different sizes:
- Diesel Whiskey Row Sherry Cask Robusto: 52 x 127 mm, $ 169,80 per box
- Diesel Whiskey Row Sherry Cask Toro: 50 x 152 mm, $ 179,80 per box
- Diesel Whiskey Row Sherry Cask Gigante: 58 x 152 mm, $ 189,80 per box
