It is dressed in a Maduro colored wrapper, slightly rough to the touch. The cigar is also box pressed.
La Mission de L’Atelier 1959: hints of earth in the cold draw. The opening brings intense spicy notes to the palate.
Strength is average (3/5).
The second third continues on the same aromatic palette. Only the strength increases slightly, slightly exceeding the medium level (3,5/5).
In the final third, notes of earth, walnut and spices (mainly black pepper) alternate between eachother. Strength remains constant (3,5/5).
Overall, the La Mission de L’Atelier 1959 releases a balanced and harmonious smoke, however the flavor intensity is not particularly pronounced. The evolution and the aromatic palette is somewhat limited as well.
