Tasting notes ISLE OF JURA SUPERSTITION
Nose: it reveals notes of red fruit, among which are strawberries and cherries. Then is the turn of the spices (black pepper). Tends to be sweet. Field herbs and a menthol sensation complete the bouquet.
Palate: very light, almost to light. Notes of red fruit (mainly strawberry), cotton candy and some spice (black pepper) can be found. It results not very incisive and intense.
Finale: medium persistency. Some red fruits, apple and hints of spices are perceptible.
Very interesting on the nose, but not very incisive and fleeting on the palate. Also, the aromatic palette is not among the broadest.
